Formed in 1986
when Jim Cronley, a successful home builder and land developer,
joined Tony Terhaar, a civil engineer and project manager
in the Pulp and Paper industry, to form a new commercial construction
company. The initial market target was the business community in
and around Pensacola. Since that time they have completed over
200 million dollars in commercial and industrial construction,
including some of the most prestigious projects in Northwest
Florida and the Southeast. From 14 story beach condominiums
to robotic storage and retrieval warehouses, from 500 employee
service centers to multi-disciplined medical office buildings,
they have the background to design, permit and build any
type of facility a client desires. Terhaar & Cronley's expertise, acquired and
