Anthony L. Terhaar

Tony Terhaar has an outstanding record in engineering design and industrial and commercial construction. From his beginnings as a structural and civil engineer in Birmingham, Alabama, Mr. Terhaar has participated in projects in Oregon, Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi, Georgia and Florida. He brings to Terhaar & Cronley a broad range of expertise in every major area of industrial and commercial construction, including estimating, purchasing, quality assurance, cost control, field engineering; mechanical, electrical, structural and architectural construction supervision; and total project management.

Mr. Terhaar has Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Civil Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and Mississippi State University. He is a certified General Contractor in the States of Alabama, Florida, Mississippi, Georgia and Louisiana, a Certified Threshold Building Inspector in Florida, and a Registered Professional Engineer in Florida, Alabama, and Oregon. He has participated in Leadership Pensacola and is a former member of the Board of Directors of Hospice of N. W. Florida, the Home Builders Association of West Florida and the Escambia County Tourism Development Commission. Mr. Terhaar is also a former member of the City of Pensacola Planning Board and Gateway Development Board.

James D. Cronley

Jim Cronley has built a distinguished record of achievement in the Northwest Florida area since 1971. He is recognized in Pensacola as an active community leader, as a successful builder and developer, and as an astute businessman. Honored as a recipient of the Chamber of Commerce Soap box Award in 1982 and 1990 and as Pensacola's Business Leader of the Year, Mr. Cronley has a long list of civic and professional credits, including:

  • Escambia County Housing Authority - Past Chairman
  • Committee of 100 (the business development arm of the Chamber of Commerce)-Past Director and Chairman of the Sites and Buildings Taskforce.
