When Terhaar & Cronley Developmet organized in 1986 our intent was not to become the biggest developer in Pensacola – we simply wanted to be the best. Over the years we have kept that vision and continue to strive toward that goal.

During the early years we primarily completed medium sized commercial projects as we established our reputation and put together an office and field staff second to none. Fairly quickly we became one of the "developers of choice" in Pensacola and we came to be known as a firm you could trust and with which you could build a long term relationship. We continue to enjoy that reputation today. Terhaar & Cronley has earned a reputation with owners, subcontractors, suppliers – and even competitors – as a first class company that does first class work and always acts in a professional manner.

With over 1.5 million square feet of property, we have had the opportunity to increase our volume significantly beyond these levels, however, we have found that at a higher level you lose control of some projects, and ultimately your clients. At Terhaar & Cronley we pride ourselves on an involvement within the Pensacola community second to none. We have helped fund raise and build many community service projects, including the Pensacola Visitor Information Center, Manna Food Bank Distribution Warehouse, Veterans Memorial Park and the PSC Menge Bell Tower to name a few.
