Education
Andy became an active member of the Terhaar & Cronley team in 2009. He earned a B.S. in Finance from Auburn University and gained construction experience working as a project manager for one of the largest contractor/developers in the area. He is well-versed in all facets of leasing, cost estimating and build-out for new tenants. Andy has been accredited with LEED certification, the commercial construction leading Green Rating System.
